Cafetaria Furniture

MOSER BAER OFFICE, ANNUPUR

Cafeteria is one place which needs to have sturdy, easy to clean and stackable furniture so that the cleaning of area can be maintained.

  • From granite stone top to SS finish top, various materials are available according to requirements and budget of the client.
  • Understructure can be provided with MS powder coated pipes, chrome plated pipes, or even SS structure. Again budget is the most important factor to decide the material

  • We have recently developed one new material for Cafeteria top, which is made from 25mm Thick MDF Board which is PU Coated of minimum 2H Hardness with 75% glass. This top is as good Granite top and is comparatively economical then stone.
  • Cafeteria chairs should be easy to maintain as well as should be stackable. Color options for seats are available with us to make room more vibrant & colorful.

Full Height Partitions

Full height partitions are one of the most essential requirements of any corporate sector. This is required to manufacture Cabins or even to divide a big space into two separate areas. Vinar have different types of options available for full height partitions.

  • V-Flexi – Double skin Partition : V-Flexi is an aluminum based partition which is approx. 80mm thk section. This section has groves at both ends where we can fix Glass, laminated boards, pin up fabric and even white marker sheet according to the needs of the client. As this section has vacuum available in between, this is a sound proof section by default. We recommend this for Conference halls, meeting rooms and for Sr. Management cabins.
  • V-Single Skin Partition – This is also an aluminum based partition, which has section of two thickness, i.e., 45mm & 60mm. In this section, we can provide only one sheet of glass or board in the middle of the section. This section is comparatively economical section and variedly used for Middle level management cabins, reception area or for cafeterias.
  • Frameless Glass Partition – This partition is used by various modern offices. 12mm thk toughened glass is fixed in floor with the help of sections or by providing groves in floor. This can be used for making conference rooms, separate work spaces, or according to any requirements of the client.

Chairs are the most essential part of any office system. We should choose our chair wisely because in today’s fast running corporate life, chair is the only thing which help us to keep our self healthy and our spine stronger. We spend approx. 8-10 hours of our day on our chair, so we should keep below mentioned points in our mind while choosing the chair:

  • Lumbar Support: A good office chair will have support for the lower back. Some of the better ones will even have an adjustable lumbar support that allows the user to fit the chair according to their lower back. This is important in preventing back strain that can worsen and become a condition which can be debilitating.
  • Adjustability: Almost all office chairs have a height and arm adjustment; however, these are not the most important adjustments to look for when shopping for an office chair. The best office chairs have at least five adjustments with some having up to 14 different adjustments.
  • Swivel Base: All office chairs should swivel freely to allow for easy access to various parts of the desk. If the chair doesn’t swivel freely, arm fatigue can result from over extending to reach various items.
  • Fabric: The fabric should be breathable to keep the chair from becoming hot and uncomfortable after hours of sitting in it. In addition, it should have enough cushion to support the person sitting in it without feeling the base of the chair through the cushion.

  • Vinar has developed folding desk system for University level furniture, we have branded it as Tip up. This is manufactured with MS curve pipes which support table top and seat gets folded with the help of pop rivets.
  • Using various size & thickness of pipes, we give strength to the same for even rough use by young students.
  • We can grout them on floors even and can provide them free standing as per the need of the classrooms.
  • We can provide latest designs in prelaminated particle/MDF boards, Ply woods finished with laminate of approved shade.

Library Racks

Since inception Vinar is pioneer in making Library racks. Various universities are using our Library racks and library furniture also.

  • Library racks can be manufactured with MS powder coated sheets using various sectional thickness, whereas we have developed it with using pre-laminated boards also on sides and top.
  • Main rack needs to club with add on rack to make longest row of Library racks possible.
  • Weight loading capacity can be managed according to requirements of the client. From 20kg UDL on one shelf to 100kg UDL per shelf.

60 Partition

LANCO 2012

V-60 is a Vinar developed Panel Based partition of 60mm thickness with framework made up of aluminum alloy extrusions. All Aluminum parts are pretreated for epoxy polyester powder coated of 40-60micron thickness. All these frame work sections are fitted to each other by screws which is properly zinc coated for corrosion resistant.

Advantages:

This is comparatively thicker system suitable for modern big industries. More strong, more robust.

  • Partition has concealed wire management capabilities and are engineered for responsive and safe operations of electrical wires.
  • We can provide white board/Pin up Fabric & Glass on the upper tile.
  • Connections are possible in the design of L, T , +, 180 & 120 degree. We can provide workstations in almost all the possible configurations.
  • Each frame is provided with two Nos. 12mm long leveling bolts which allow level adjuster to adjust the height of + 10mm. to -10mm for floor unevenness if any.

Hostel Furniture

Vinar has various options available for Hostel furniture. Right from hostel beds to study table, wardrobes, overhead storages, study chair, almost everything we have in our brochure.

  • Hostel beds can be manufactured by using only metal structure, only wooden structure or even combination of both metal & wooden. We recommend combination structure more for strength purpose as well for aesthetic value. Also, this structure is comparative economical compare to individual structures.
  • Study table has various options available with us. Combination of metal understructure and wooden top with provision for pin up fabric board, LED light, almost all the designs are available with us.
  • Wardrobes are also available for students, which has hanger rod, lockable locker, inbuilt shoe rack and open shelves for stacking clothes. Again material options are available for wardrobes.
  • Study chair is also customized according to requirements of all age students, so that they can sit on it comfortably for long hours even. Cushion fabric chairs, PVC seat & back chairs, Net back chairs, all the options are available according to need and budget of the client.
  • Overhead units can also be provided according to the requirement. We can inbuilt the same with study table also and can provide it separately also.

70 Tile Based Partition

V70 is a Vinar developed Tile Based partition which is used by maximum government offices of 70mm thickness with framework made up of aluminum alloy extrusions. All Aluminum parts are pretreated for epoxy polyester powder coated of 40-60micron thickness. All these frame work sections are fitted to each other by screws which is properly zinc coated for corrosion resistant.

Advantages:

This partition is ancient type of modular partition which is used by maximum government offices. Easy to install & easy to maintain.

  • The Modular partition of overall thickness 70mm shall be made out of MS frame with surface finishes in form of tiles clad over it.
  • The mainframe work of 70mm shall be made out of MS vertical and horizontal section of respectively 1.6mm and 40 x 20 x 1mm thick.
  • We can provide white board/Pin up Fabric & Glass on the upper tile.
  • Connections are possible in the design of L, T , +, 180 & 120 degree. We can provide workstations in almost all the possible configurations.
  • The surface finishes over the frames shall be in the form of tiles, pre-laminated for the lower tile.
  • Each frame is provided with two Nos. 12mm long leveling bolts which allow level adjuster to adjust the height of + 10mm. to -10mm for floor unevenness if any.
