Application Engineering

Vinar Group expertise's in understanding Client's requirements, studying the existing set up and rendering optimum solution for their material handling system. We have also expertise in optimizing Client's objectives of Efficient Material Handling Solution by proposing a combination of varied conveyor systems to make a complete package. Design Capability

    We have in-house systems design and detail design capability comprising of full fledged Mechanical, Electrical, Instruments, Structural and Civil design team with CAD workstations.

Electrical Control Systems

  • Vinar has dedicated In-house design capability for electrical control systems.
  • System software and Control Panel layouts are designed by our application engineers.
  • We integrate systems using a wide range of PLC hardware, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi & Telemecanique.

Project Management

  • Vinar has a Project Management Department, whose function is to oversee all contracts undertaken by Vinar Group.
  • As soon as a contract is awarded, a Project Manager is assigned to the contract and all communication with the client is directed through the assigned Project Manager.
  • Once awarded a Contract, the assigned Project Manager, takes full financial and technical responsibility for the Contract.
  • The role of Project Management is to ensure customer relations, internal control and control of all subcontractors, with a brief to ensure that the contract is delivered within time, within specifications, and within budget.

Installation & Commissioning Capability

  • Permanent workforces of site supervisors see through the installation of the complete contract/ project.
  • Regular visits to sites are made by the assigned Project Manager.
  • Regular liaison meetings are held with the Client's representatives.
  • Skilled installation labour hired on a job basis from known labour sources, and directly supervised by Vinar.
Commissioning undertaken in conjunction with Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics and Design engineers.

Quality Control

All our products, manufactured in-house or subcontracted to vendors, undergoes thorough Quality control measures by a dedicated team of engineers.

Customer Training

  • On-site familiarization during Installation
  • On-site classroom training, if requested by client, for both Operational and Maintenance staff.
  • On-site support during initial start up of System

Warranty

  • Warranty against fault Design or Manufacture
  • Normal component guarantee

Customer Care

  • Building a partnership with the client
  • Visits to check on System performance
  • Spare parts availability
